Experience and Qualifications

• We are approved for electropolishing by the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory,Lam Research, Applied Materials as well as many others in the Semiconductor, Biotech, Medical Device, Aerospace, Marine, Water Treatment and Food & Beverage Industries.


• We can electropolish the i.d. of intricate microfittings, medical stents and devices as well as 20 foot tubing and 4,000 lb ultra-high vacuum chambers.


• We have the ablity to inspect and photograph microscopic devices after and before electropolishing and/or precision cleaning. We have a Meiji EMZ-8TR microscope equipped with a Lumenera Infinity 1 camara.


• We can electropolish any stainless steel alloy and most other alloys.


• We can passivate, chem-clean, ultrasonic clean, cleanroom process, alodine, copper brite dip, as well as bead-blast  and mechanically polish at a seperate facility (see our menu to the right for details)
